The word El-Ma'wa comes from the Arabic word المأوى which means a place of refuge, shelter, refuge, resting place, dwelling, residence, accommodation. The use of the word El-Ma'wa for the name of this journal has the meaning that this journal is a place to accommodate high-quality writings, worthy of being published, this journal is a container in the implementation of scientific papers as a treasure of knowledge that is relevant to the focus and scope of discussion, namely Arabic, Translation and Linguistic.
